The available times and what you need are as follows:
■ Availability
・All days, from 6.30 AM to 11:00 PM
(Available regardless of weekends, national holidays, or other days of the week.)
■ Required Items
・Smartphone equipped with My Number Card or smartphone digital certificate
・The 4-digit PIN set for your My Number Card
Note:If you enter the wrong password three times in a row, you will be locked out.It will take some time.To unlock your device, you will need to go to the Resident Affairs Section of your town hall.
・Commission (cash or cashless payment)
Juminhyo (Resident Certificate): 300 yen per card
Seal registration certificate: 300 yen per copy
