Niseko Moiwa Ski Resort: December 2nd

In the Niseko area, in order to respect the freedom of skiers to ski on fresh snow and take safety measures,
``Niseko Rules'' have been established as the official local rules for skiing outside the ski resort course.
Each ski resort patrol, Niseko Avalanche Research Institute, and the government are working together.

Niseko used to have a lot of avalanche accidents in areas outside the ski resorts, and many people lost their lives.
The grief of the victims, their families, and local stakeholders is great.
In order to eliminate these tragic accidents, the Niseko Rules have been discussed and operated within the region for many years.

Avalanches are a natural phenomenon. If no one is there, there will be no accident.
Please abide by Niseko rules and follow the instructions of each ski resort patrol.
