対象者：令和4年度7月26日以降にマイナンバーカードを初めて申請される町民の方
* Reissuance due to loss etc. is not eligible.
* Those who apply and receive the card within the period are eligible.

ポイント付与方法：マイナンバーカード交付時に、役場の窓口で付与します。

ポイント付与期限：いまのところは、定めていません。

About online application
