Since then, whenever there is a plan for a large-scale construction or development, we have created a landscape while deepening mutual understanding between the business operator and the people of the area through briefing sessions for residents.
In 2009, we designated quasi-city planning areas, landscape districts, and restricted areas for specific uses to create better landscapes.

The status of efforts up to 2022 is as follows.
 

In 2022, in formulating the guidelines, we held landscape workshops and surveys by district to create concrete plans that would serve as the basis for the architectural guidelines. We summarized the results and created a draft for 2023.
In addition to formulating the guidelines, we also sorted out the relationship and positioning of various ordinances, such as Landscape Ordinance and the groundwater conservation ordinance, and considered how to operate the guidelines to make effective use of them.
Based on these considerations, we plan to formulate guidelines in 2023.
