In the past, Niseko Town Landscape Ordinance has required business operators to make certain requests when carrying out development projects in the course of its operation and interpretation. In response to the increasingly complex nature of development projects in recent years and taking into account the future direction of Landscape Ordinance, we would like to revise the ordinance. Therefore, we are publishing a draft in accordance with Article 54 of the Niseko Town Basic Ordinance for Town Development and soliciting public feedback.
