＜パブリックコメント：結果＞ニセコ町廃棄物の減量及び適正処理等に関する条例の一部を改正する条例（案）の縦覧・意見募集について

意見募集（パブリックコメント）を行った結果、以下の通り意見（1件）がありました。

今回の条例改正案については、他の制度導入時の進め方と同じような形で進められており、
関係者への説明や意見交換が不足しており、ニセコ町が一方的に進めていると感じている。
もっと利用者との意思疎通をするため、意見交換や町の考えの丁寧な説明をするべきで
あることを強く求める。結果、本年の9月議会に改正案を提案するべきではないと考える。

【 回答 】
今回のごみ処理手数料の改正案につきましては物価高騰等により、令和8年4月からのごみ処理
手数料の値上げに伴い、ご負担いただく利用者の方からの手数料を増額させていただくものです。
ご指摘を踏まえ、再度協議をした結果、当初予定しておりました施行日について見直しを行い、
令和9年4月1日施行へ修正したうえで、9月議会へ提案させていただく予定です。
施行時期を変更することで、ご利用される方への説明の時間を確保し、丁寧にご説明してまいりま
すので、ご理解いただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。

Regarding the general waste collected in Niseko Town, we propose an amendment to the ordinance to increase the fees for waste that cannot be placed in the town's designated garbage bags and must be brought in directly, as the cost of waste disposal has increased due to rising labor costs and prices in recent years.
