총무과 방재계로부터, 눈사태 사고나 낙설에 의한 사고의 방지에 관한 알림입니다.
3월에 들어, 앞으로 기온이 상승해가는 초봄에는, 눈 녹는 물이나 강우로 적설과 지면과의 마찰이 작아져, 경사면의 적설 전체가 무너지는 전층 눈붕괴가 발생하는 일이 있습니다.

홋카이도에서도 눈사태로 인한 사망사고가 다수 발생하고 있습니다.

특히 다음 징후가 설산에 나타나는 경우에는 가까이 가지 마십시오.
균열 : 설산의 경사면에 긁힌 자국이있는 눈 균열.
유키오: 산의 능선에서 눈이 튀어나오는 현상.

또한 눈사태뿐만 아니라 눈이 많이 쌓여있는 지붕에서 떨어지는 눈에도주의하십시오.
