Medical expenses subsidies for single parent families (Health and Welfare Section Insurance Medical Section)

You can receive free medical treatment for children of eligible ages who belong to households such as single-parent families who have registered their address or foreigner in Niseko Town.
In addition, mothers or fathers who support their children can only receive medical care at the time of hospitalization, 10% or with a partial contribution at the time of the first visit.

 

Applicable person

  • Mother or father: A person supporting a child until the end of the year to which the age of 18 years old belongs.
Note: Only for medical expenses related to hospitalization
  • Child: A person by the last day of the year to which the day when the age reached 18 years belongs.
However, if you go on to higher education after graduating from high school, it will be applicable until the end of the month of the day when you reach 20 years old.
